RETURN POLICY


RETURNS
 
     Humboldt Pet Supply takes pride in its’ dedication to researching and providing quality supplies to our furry friends. If you are not satisfied with your purchase please return with the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. 
  • Returned items must arrive in new condition complete with original packaging. All hardware and documentation must be included such as instructions and warranty cards. 
  • Perishable products such as pet treats and spa products must be unopened/sealed to qualify. 
  • The product is free of any signs of pet hair, dander, or use
(Many of our customers have allergies to our furry friends. It is important that we ensure that every product sold is free of hair and allergens. Current regulations prevent the resale of used pet products due to the spread of germs and disease. Once a product has been in contact with pet hair, germs, or dander, it cannot be re-stocked with other unused products or resold as new. Please contact us at 1-855-755-0484 if you have any questions prior to purchasing as we cannot allow any exceptions to this mandate.)

     A refund for a return will be credited to the original payment method unless otherwise authorized by Humboldt Pet Supply. All returns must meet the above criteria for a return/exchange, must include a note indicating the reason for the return, and
must be sent back to the following address:

     The consumer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with a return or exchange for any reason other than products damaged during packaging or the delivery process or delivery of incomplete or incorrect products.


EXCHANGES


     Products may be exchanged for another product(s) of equal or greater value. To arrange an exchange, you must first place an order for the new item(s) and then return the unwanted item(s). We will ship your new order to you and then once your returned items have been received, we will verify that the items are in saleable condition and will then issue a full refund to the original payment method for the returned products. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping on the original order that customer is returning for exchange as well as shipping on the new items unless they qualify for free shipping. All items sent back for an exchange must meet the above noted criteria, must include a note indicating that it is an exchange, and must be sent back to:

DAMAGED, LOST, OR STOLEN GOODS


     If a product ordered through this website is damaged prior to delivery to you; Humboldt Pet Supply may replace the product or issue a full refund. To report a damaged product, please contact us at 1-855-755-0484 upon receipt of the order to make arrangements for a replacement or return. Damaged products must be reported within 36 hours of confirmed delivery. If a product is lost or stolen during the delivery process, Humboldt Pet Supply may issue a replacement or refund subject to arrangements with the shipping provider and agreed upon terms. Please contact us at 1-855-755-0484 to report a lost or stolen product within 36 hours of the scheduled delivery date.


ORDER CANCELLATIONS


     Please note that our system is designed to get orders out to you as soon as possible. Many orders ship the same day that they are placed. For this reason, we cannot cancel an order once it is in the system. If you contact us prior to your order having shipped we will gladly cancel your order with no cancellation fee. Please review your orders carefully prior to submitting or call us at 1-855-755-0484 if you need assistance.


REFUSED ORDERS


     If an order is refused delivery by the consumer, Humboldt Pet Supply retains the right to issue a partial refund to recover the cost of processing and shipping.
