Peppermint Bark for dogs

Goat’s milk goodness and breath freshening peppermint, what’s there not to love?

Ingredients

  • 4 springs of peppermint

  • Goat’s Milk

  • 1/8 tsp Humboldt Honey

  • 1/4 cup carob chips

  • Freeze-Dried Raspberries

Process

  1. Cold soak the peppermint in the goat’s milk for 3-5 days in the fridge.

  2. Blend peppermint, goat’s milk, and honey together

  3. Rough chop 2-3 fresh peppermint leaves

  4. Top each mold with a light sprinkle of the fresh chopped peppermint leaves

  5. Sprinkle mold with crushed freeze-dried raspberries

  6. Pour peppermint mixture into freezer molds

  7. Melt carob chips and pour on top of frozen mold

  8. Allow to freeze

This is a easy and seasonal recipe perfect for the holidays. For the “chocolate” layer you could also freeze a small layer of raw food squished into the top of the molds. You can also simply serve the blended peppermint mixture as is.
