Edible Items - Food, Treats & Supplements:

All edible items are guaranteed. To be eligible for a refund/exchange product must be in original packaging with upc present and undamaged. Item must be a minimum of 50% unused/intact and must be returned/exchanged within 15 days of original purchase. Receipt is required - unless item was purchased under a loyalty account.

Non-Edible Items:

All non edible items must be in original/saleable and unused condition ( i.e. free of debris and pet hair ) with tags/upc attached. Items must be returned/exchanged within 15 days of original purchase. Receipt is required - unless item was purchased under a loyalty account.

Exceptions:

Lupine Pet - Lupine products may be exchanged damaged if the following conditions are met: Item must be unusable ( i.e. chewing damage, hardware damage - consistent with Lupine Return Policy ). Lupine items in damaged condition may be exchanged for an item of equal or lesser value only. No receipt or proof of purchase required as long as item is clearly of Lupine origin. 

Locally Made Artisan Products - These items are final sale - though we are happy to facilitate communication with artist in the effort to provide options.
